Hi,

Today I've made a short tutorial to help you get the maximum FPS in Arma 3.

1. Unpark CPU cores

download and unzip
run as admin
slide the meter to 100%
All the cores on the top should be enabled and not parked.
restart PC

2. Arma 3 parameters
Arma 3 launcher
Parameters
Advanced section
CPU count ( change to the number of cores your machine is capable) eg, my CPU is i5-4590 so I set to 4 cores
you can also google search for your CPU name and look in the description, how many cores it has?
Check file operations, texture loading, geometry loading
Check Extra threads

Check enable hyper threading
memory allocator 64 bit - Intel TBB 4 allocator - 64 bit
most important - check NO LOGS

3. Play with out mod
turn of all mods and play the game for max FPS

4. System
advanced system settings
advanced - performance - settings
visual effects - adjust for best performance

advanced tab - adjust for best performance of - programs

virtual memory - change
custom size
intial size  = recommended
maximum size = recommended x no.of ram ( eg 8 GB RAM)
